Please read these terms carefully. All acceptance rules mentioned below are final, binding, and legally enforceable.
Unconditional Acceptance and Voluntary Consent: Receipt of goods by the buyer or their authorized representative shall constitute final and conclusive acceptance. No later rejection, objection, dispute, or claim shall be recognized after delivery.
Buyer’s Exclusive Duty of Inspection: The buyer must thoroughly inspect and, if required, test the goods before or at the time of delivery. The seller shall bear no responsibility for any defect, malfunction, damage, or dissatisfaction reported after delivery.
Delivery personnel, transporters, or logistics partners shall be completely absolved of any responsibility or liability related to the goods. No claim shall be maintainable against any delivery agent or transporter.
Finality of Delivery: Once delivery is acknowledged, no complaint, claim, request for service, or allegation of defect or malfunction shall be entertained under any circumstances.
Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction: This transaction shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising from or related to this transaction.
The buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the seller from and against any losses, damages, claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use, misuse, handling, installation, or resale of the goods.
Complete Absence of Warranties: All goods are supplied strictly on an “as-is, where-is” basis. No express or implied warranty, including but not limited to fitness, merchantability, or performance, is provided. The buyer assumes full responsibility for suitability and usage.
Irrevocability and Final Sale: All sales are final. Once delivery is acknowledged, no return, refund, replacement, exchange, or repurchase shall be entertained under any circumstances.
